Good plan overall but there is room for improvement

the plans overall are pretty good, but there are errors and omissions in these plans that keep it from getting a 5 star. There are also come construction methods used that I wouldn't recommend as there are better methods available, like notching the post. I offered to help them by pointing out some of these errors, but I didn't receive a reply. Decent plans overall and the price is good, but I wouldn't recommend these to a novice.

So glad I took this on

It was a sizeable undertaking but Paul's plans were great for keeping the project under control with planning and pricing. 1 year later I would do it all again! Grab the tools Paul's plans have your back!

    Clear and easy to follow

The plans were clear and easy to follow. Having a detailed material list made my life much easier and prevented a lot of wasted time and material.

    Love Love Love this design

Wow! What a great design. My husband and I built this clubhouse for our grandbabies, age 5yrs old and 10 months. Our grandson is having a blast!! He Loves it! We extended all the 4x4's to give the playhouse extra stability. Also switched up some of the screws for carriage bolts. It was easy (heavy),but easy to add the swing set through the side window. Both babies LOVE to swing. The set is bigger than you think but does not take up too much yard space. We wanted a set that would grow with them so they wouldn't grow out if it. We also didn't want a "cookie cutter" design. Paul's Playhouses designs are great and met all are design needs!
