The "Playhouse & Shed" plan is a 10' x 10', 230 ft² gambrel roof wooden storage shed with a 2nd floor designed for children.  The 2nd level is only accessible by the side ship ladder, and features a bucket & pulley system.  On the backside, a swing-set can also be attached.
