Operation Playhouse!

My brother and I frequently work on “family projects” together. My niece wanted a playhouse for her two small boys that they could continue to use over time. Her play area is hilly and limited in area. I found Paul’s Playhouses as a great reference for materials that my brother ordered through a local big-box store and had delivered to my niece’s house. We then traveled to her location for a few days and built the playhouse.
The plans gave me a framework to help my niece focus on what play items would work for her children. From the pictures you can see that we separated the swings because of space limitations. The plans were easy to align for our unique needs. The open space in pictures now has a slide that is age appropriate but could be updated as the boys become older.
Paul’s worked great for us!

Fun and easy to build!

This was an awesome playhouse to build. Plans were easy to understand and straight forward. I adapted it somewhat, and it was easy to make everything work and look great. The supply list was really helped - I dropped the list into ChatGPT and it gave me a price on materials that was within 5%. Highly recommend.

Easy To Follow Plans - GREAT playhouse for the kids!

We purchased the 8x10 digital playhouse plans and completed the project in April of 2025. The directions were very easy to follow for my husband and my Dad who worked together on it for about 4 to 5 days (with plenty of breaks). They are both handy with wood and tools, and had no problems following the directions. Only changes they made to the plans were putting our slide off the front and the ladder off the right side, and the kids really wanted a trap door which they also added. Our kids have played on it nearly every day since it was built and spend most of their outdoor time swinging or playing in the playhouse. We highly recommend Paul’s Playhouse plans! It was a great investment for our family.

Amazing build!

I’ve never done something this big (we chose the 8x10) or this much involved with a woodworking project. I was able to do about 90% of the Playset myself with the exception of installing the swing portion and getting the roof started. I still have to put the shingles on and add the actual swings but to get to that point it took about 3-4 weeks.

The plans made this build super smooth and with minimal mistakes (due to myself). I still can’t believe how easy these plans made the build. Everything is accurate from the wood to the amount of hardware needed. My 3 girls love this swing set and I know we will all make many years of memories on this. Thank you!
