Oink, Oink!  Hee-haw!  Cockadoodledoo!   Well, it seems like we've taken a trip to the local farm, with the Barn & Silo playhouse right in the middle.  This plan is an ideal club house for a little one who wants to match the big kid's farm barn with one more to their size and minus the smell. With a gambrel roof and a two story silo to boot, this realistic barn house is something your kids will love to walk, run, climb and gallop all though out!

There are two versions of the barn playhouse, one with the silo and one without.  The 12x19, full sized silo plan features over 300 square feet of usable play space so if the friends come stopping by, you'll be able to handle them. If you can yield a circular saw, you can build this!

Is this plan not exactly what you're look for and want something smaller or larger?  We offer a smaller 8'x10' barn that takes up less room and is easier on the wallet, an alternative style equine barn plan and a larger barn shed plan hosted on our sister site, PaulsSheds.com, ideal for backyard storage needs.

  • Designed for 2' x 3' glass shed windows

Way too complicated.

Printing 50 plus pages to build a playground toy is ridiculous. I am sorry I bought this.

Tons of fun to build

The plans were very detailed, easy to understand with step-by-step details, and worked very well. I made some minor adjustments to the design on my own but otherwise followed it to the letter. First time building a small structure from the ground up and it was a ton of fun.
