The lighthouse shed plan is a 8.5' x 8.5', three storyl, 155 ft² storage shed with a 3rd level balcony.  It is styled after a classic New England lighthouse with a total of 14 shed windows, 1st and 3rd level entrances and octagonal in shape.  If you choose the digital & physical copy option, you will receive a black and white, 3 ring binder booklet of the 73 page plan, as well a a link to the digital, PDF download.
