Bring the magic of medieval adventures to your backyard with the King Arthur’s Castle Playset Plan! This unique two-story castle features a compact 8x8 pentagon footprint that’s perfect for smaller yards but still packed with fun. Kids can climb up the interior ladder and outside rock wall, peek through castle windows, or zip down an optional slide. Built from detailed, easy-to-follow plans and a complete lumber list, it's a practical project that delivers big imagination and adventure.

Want to take the fun even further? Choose the dueling castles option, which connects two King Arthur’s Castles with a 10-foot bridge for double the towers, space, and adventure. Straightforward Plans

Although we haven't constructed the castle yet due to the extensive landscaping renovations we are doing concurrently, the plans are extremely helpful with just the right amount of detail. The dimensions made it simple to plot on our master site plan. Thanks, Paul!

Great Plan

Plans were easy to follow. Lumber list was not quite accurate but had enough lumber to make everything work. Added a swing set to the castle easily. Built in less than a week by myself.

It worked out great

We loved the idea of building a unique play structure for our two boys and these plans made it possible even for an amateur carpenter. The kids got to help and it was really a family project. Now they are the envy of the neighborhood and friends are always asking to come play in the “castle”.

Castle Utopia

If you are wanting to give your kids something they will enjoy, then this Castle is for them. It’s not too big but big enough that all the neighbors will be asking to come over.

The plans are detailed and provide clear instructions. You will need to have wood working experience and a helper (not the kids). Collectively my brother and I spent 60 hours building this giant. We added a swing set, a draw bridge and shutters. Not sure how to add photos

I did reach out for some help on adding the battlements that are on the bigger castle. And to my surprise they gave me those plans for free.

The King Authors Castle Plan is awesome. My kids play on it every day
