I was searching for a clubhouse for ages 6-10 and this plan turned out better than expected in size and design. We were able to purchase all lumber + hardware for under $300. The plan was easy to follow + appreciate it being a free download ☺️ (after these photos, we added a cheap and easy chicken coop roof to protect from the weather!)
