A-frame type clubhouses are both simple to construct and provide a sweet escape for the kids. This 6x6 and 8x8 design is reminiscent of an isolated Maine camp, but takes up a lot less space. The look is classic, the labor and cost is low, what's holding you back from making your kids something amazing?

Of course, if you are looking for something more substantial, be sure to also check out the Weekender playhouse plan too.

Fun build

I built the 8x8 model in 2020 as a hobby during the pandemic and it was a lot of fun. The plans were easy to follow and the structure is very sturdy. My preschooler gets a lot out of it.

Perfect little day-time dream house.

I love the way Paul give the instructions so clearly that anyone can follow.
This is a beautiful playhouse and my granddaughter can take naps to daydream inside and can have tea parties and can play board games with friends.
