Lighthouses have been the subject of many children's stories and in addition to ornate windmills, they're a staple of people's lawns all over the country.  Visiting a real seaside lighthouse can be quite an experience for kids and adults alike.  There's just something illustriousness and gallant about their presentation, the way they protect ships and crews from hitting that rocky edge while battling a storm. The wooden, outdoor Chesapeake Lighthouse plan has some of that sophistication.

Coming in two different sizes and fashioned with three stories for more interactive play time, sixteen window openings, front door and a look-out that's fourteen feet high!  I hope you enjoy building and having it as much as I had designing it!  If you're looking for a smaller lighthouse plan, check out the Little Lighthouse!

Well worth the money

These plans were clear and easy to understand. The diagrams made building as a beginner an approachable endeavor. I was able to make adjustments confidently due to the strong design foundation. Well worth the money.

Chesapeake Lighthouse Plan

When my three daughters asked for a tree house in our new backyard I knew I was in trouble when I told them that we didn't have any trees suitable for that. I was relieved to find Paul's lighthouse design. It was a challenging build but took most of the worry about structure and design off of my plate. Building the lighthouse with my girls was a unique experience I will cherish forever. It was also interesting way to meet the new neighbors who would check on the process daily. Bravo Paul.
